Course Registration and Info

  1. HOW TO REGISTER FOR A TRAINING PROGRAM?

There are 4 simple ways to register with FINE FALCON, which are:

  • Website: Visit our website www.finefalcon.com. Browse and choose the course you want from the list of categories or find it through the search bar at the top of the page. Click on Register button, complete the form and hit submit.
  • E-mail Us: Send an email with your details to info@finefalcon.com
  • Telephone: Dial [Number] to register.
  • Mobile/WhatsApp: Send a message or call on WhatsApp on [Number] to register or to get more info.
  1. HOW TO KNOW IF MY COURSE REGISTRATION IS CONFIRMED?

Upon receiving of the registration form, our course registration team will get back to you via an email or call, after which you will be sent the Training Invitation Letter and Invoice.

  1. IS THERE A COURSE CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY?

Yes, and the request for course cancellation must be made in writing to info@finefalcon.com & received 8 days prior to the course date. The course cancellation processing fee will be US$ 250.00/each cancellation. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to refund any fees due, however, in such cases we would be happy to welcome a team mate who would substitute for you. If a course is being cancelled, FINE FALCON will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to the cancellation of flights, accommodation and so on.

Course Fee

  1. HOW DO I PAY MY COURSE FEES?

You or your company/sponsor will be invoiced and Fine Falcon accepts Bank Transfers and Cash Payments.

  1. WHEN DO I PAY?

All course fees/invoices must be paid in full no later than fourteen days prior to the start of the course. Your course is NOT confirmed until the fee has been received. FINE FALCON has the right to refuse admission if the payment is not received.

  1. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COURSE FEES?

Course fees include below:

  1. IS ANY DISCOUNT OFFERED ON COURSE FEE?

Yes, discounts are available with FINE FALCON which differ depending on the number of registrations and other aspects. To learn more, call or WhatsApp us and our team will be happy to share our promotions with you.

  1. DOES FINE FALCON ASSIST WITH OBTAINING HOTEL BOOKING?

Yes, as part of our courtesy services, you can get in touch with FINE FALCON Administration Team on info@finefalcon.com to learn more about how to get the best discounts on hotel accommodations during your training phase. It is also our top priority to arrange the trainings at a spot that is close to hotels so that delegates can easily manage their trips. Furthermore, Fine Falcon can also help you with your airport transfers.

  1. CAN FINE FALCON ASSIST ME IN OBTAINING VISA?

No, Fine Falcon does not provide assistance in this area. For Dubai, valid entry visa can be acquired in an easy manner by following simple visa acquisition procedures.

  1. WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING CERTIFICATE WILL I RECEIVE?

Once you have completed your desired training program, you will be awarded with a valid Fine Falcon Certificate.
